　　　　　　　 A: A: Absolutely. But please note that the minimum rental contract is 30 days, and the 30-day rental fee applies
　　　　　　　 even if you check out earlier. You do not need to physically stay in Tokyo for all 30 days. You may leave Tokyo and travel
　　　　　　　 elsewhere during the contract period while keeping the apartment reserved for you. The longer you use the apartment
　　　　　　　 as your personal Tokyo base, the more convenient and cost-effective your journey becomes.

　　　　　　　 Q: Can I allow my friends to stay at the apartment?
　　　　　　　 A: Only guests registered under the rental contract may stay at the apartment. If you need the apartment
　　　　　　　 to be used by different people during the contract period, please contact us about a corporate contract.

Cleaning: One mandatory cleaning and linen change per month are included.
